  • Review policies to ensure it is complaint and fit for purpose and provide guidance of enhancements required.
  • Review performance management process and provide guidance on appropriate competency framework.
  • Review staff handbook to ensure all related policies are fit for purpose and compliant with employment legalisation and FCA regulations.
  • Undertake review of employment contracts to ensure correct clauses are included — provide recommendations where clauses need to be updated.
  • Undertake a review of job descriptions (selection/one from each grade) and provide guidance on where additional content is required.
